Meet Nicole B. Travis
URP Advisors is led by Chief Executive Officer and President, Nicole B. Travis. She has held multiple leadership roles including COO/Administrator of Development and Economic Opportunity of the City of Tampa, Florida, leading the country’s fastest-growing economy. In this position, she oversaw the addition of $4 billion in development value and the implementation of capital improvement and real estate development projects within a $5 billion budget. With 20 years experience in both public and private development, Nicole is a qualified business and real estate development expert. She has served as the lead negotiator for major real estate transactions, joint venture partnerships and procurement agreements. Both as a real estate development expert and strategic advisor, Nicole is well respected in the highly complex and regulated local government industry.
Nicole has numerous national, state, and regional accolades for her redevelopment, housing and economic development work. She is a native of the US Virgin Islands, and holds a Bachelor of Architecture and a Master of Business Administration.
